Have stayed here three times in recent years and plan to return whenever we visit Moravian U. Enjoy the room layout, comfort, hotel location, friendly staff, and easy parking access.

It is a waste of time to fold the toilet paper into a point, but it seems that Corporate wants this to continue as some sort of fancy look. What I desire in hotels is cleanliness and comfort - never frivolous touches like pointed toilet paper ends! I've talked with many hotel staff about this and the majority are in agreement with me: A WASTE OF TIME.

The staff, especially the front desk manager Heather! She was so nice & accommodating! She made it a great stay!

Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. The best I've seen in some time.

You do have to pay for parking. The pet fee was $75 on the higher side, but very pet Friendly.

The room set up and the building is in the middle of everything it’s truly a beautiful place to stay

The only this was the lack of a bar we came back to the hotel with a whole wedding party and wanted to drink and the amenities weren’t available

I have contemplated even writing a review but after not hearing back from management, I felt it was called for. We had an issue with the hotel pending two charges on our debit card. When I asked about it, they tried to blame booking, my bank, basically anyone but themselves. I'm big on taking ownership of mistakes and I have more respect for those who are honest. It was apparent that wasn't the case for this hotel. In addition, we were put in a handicap accessible room. Not too big of a deal but definitely not ok to take away from those who need it. I wouldn't base Hyatt Place off of this one experience as I've stayed at other Hyatts and had wonderful experiences. But honestly, for the same price, you are better off staying at the local casino.

Breakfast was just ok. Not a variety to choose from. Parking across the street in the garage is a little concerning.

One day housekeeping simply did not make our room, even though we left the room before 8 AM and got back after 5 PM.

They do not offer airport transportation when we asked we were told we could leave only at 6:45a when the airline employees went in we tried to utilize airport transport from the airport to the hotel and were told the driver wasn’t going out for pick up. extremely disappointed

I liked the rooms, except when the staff moved me and my tenant who I took there to show a property to the second floor from the third floor. First, they told me that they would have a room on the third floor with two queen beds for the second night, but all that changed. The hotel was definitely not full. They should have kept their promise and given us the room I paid for on the same floor. I have never been treated this poorly In any hotel.

I didn't like the way I got treated like a second class citizen after having to switch from the king bed room with a sofa bed to a room with two queen beds on the second floor. I was promised a switch on the same floor and that I could get into it right after 12 noon. Mind you, this is what the staff person offered. That became after 2 pm. Also, we were promised first that we could keep our bags in the third floor king room, but after we took our bags up there, they told us to bring them back down.I found the staff unprofessional and unwelcoming.
