location was convenient, desk help very friendly

our room seemed run down, toilet wobbled, bar to close not good for left hand people,not good lighting, it was handicap accessible but not comfortable. The price we paid for this room was too high for what we got, for sure not we’re used to from Quality Inns. Breakfast was a total disappointment, not much food, cold, orange juice out, we usually book Quality Inns because we like them, this one we will not stay at again and will not recommend.

The breakfast had a nice variety. Eggs, sausage, breads, bagels, muffins & sausage gravy & biscuits with other things as well. The dining area was nice sized but was all large 6 seat tables. They also had a little seating area if you have guests or just felt like getting out of your room a bit. It was very inviting.

Breakfast served a little later would have been nice for late sleepers.

Overall just a great experience. The employee at check-in was so helpful and just nice and attentive and answered all of our questions in a very efficient way. He set the tone for the hotel, and it was a welcoming one. The hotel had a nice pool and hot tub which was great. Breakfast was much more extensive than we expected and it was just an enjoyable stay.

4-5 employees around the Breakfast area and Know one was able to keep the food stocked or get us silverware! They kept bringing in clean plates but never got us any utensils so we couldn’t eat! There was no reason for this. I think they need some training.
