Exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly. Wonderful breakfast and main entree varied each day. Those that prepare and work during breakfast are pleasant and are always busy making sure that the food area is clean and also fully stocked. The staff at the front desk was always friendly. Room was cleaned each day and was always done well.

It was very clean. I had booked a couple nights to relax after spending 2 months in the hospital. But I booked only one night at first and the lady was very polite about extending my stay without having to check out and they even let me check in early the first night.

Our room did not have a fridge or microwave. We have always had them in every room we have had there so didn't think to ask ahead of checking in.

The continental breakfast was really good! My daughter, especially loved the waffle maker.

There was a pink and red stain on the mattress cover on my daughter’s bed, and the comforter had a yellow stain on it. That was absolutely disgusting! The stains were not small; they were very obvious!

We were booked for a king room and got a queen, no bulbs in lights, maintenance fixed but just walked into our room without knocking,. Staff were not friendly and used excuses for everything. Said they couldn't get us a copy of our invoice.
