Staff is amazing the room is clean

The shower head is leaking and the shower head is slow

We were so impressed with the new renovations and the fresh new look of the hotel. Such a huge improvement over the drab place it used to be! The staff was incredible—felt like a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 hotel!! They were friendly, helpful, and warmly greeted us each time we passed them. We really appreciated the fantastic experience!!

A lot of stuff was closed for renovations and with the park closed due to rain the lack of facilities were exacerbated.

We were very happy to discover our room was recently renovated, was slightly larger than anticipated, and also came with a small sofa.

Location. Right by Knotts Berry Farms and close to Disneyland.

Walls are thin, could hear our neighbors talking in connecting room. But not too noisy.

Everything was easily accessible, the restaurant in the hotel was amazing! and the staff was so helpful as well !

Hotel was clean staff was friendly and helpful. My room had new upgraded furniture which was very nice. The young man who checked me in was too robotic and rushed me through checkin, but the other agents next to him were friendly and answered many of my questions.

Check in was robotic and rushed as if he just wanted to get through the speech he had memorized.

Next door to Knott's Berry Farm so that was nice.

When we arrived in our room we had a bad case of Nat's in our bathroom. Husband went to the front desk to tell them, then 40 minutes later we had to call down to see when they were going to send someone up to spray. Problem solved after that. Bed's were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood, yes they are that hard. No made service at all the 3 days we were there. Not a big deal I suppose but our 1 trash can was overflowing as we left.

How close we were to Knott's.

That there was no discounts, for going to the park, kids birthday celebration.

Room was comfy and warm. Very clean. Easy to park and get to room.

The new renovation is fabulous. Our room was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the park is exceptional!

We enjoyed everything about the hotel and park! No complaints!

The staff was super friendly and the accommodations were great. The walk to the park from the hotel was less than 5 minutes. It was clean and safe.

If I had one complaint, it would be that the room needed more than one trash receptacle. The only one we had was really small and in the bathroom. Or maybe even add a second trash receptrical and a recycling bin.

Everyone was fun and engaging.

The bed was horrible. Tooooo hard and felt like a board.

The check in person Andrea was Great! So was the first impression of the Lobby.

But the rooms are older rooms with an expensive price. We stayed in the Camp Snoopy side, the Decor was nice, But the furniture, TV and everything else was old. We ordered room service for breakfast it was a bit pricey $34 for a omelets with hashbrowns, toast was seperate charge. We had drain flies in our room as well. NOT GOOD for almost $300 a night.
