Could use some updates

The room was clean and quiet, close to everything.

Would have liked to have a few blankets for the beds and an extra roll or two of bathroom tissue- we nearly ran out before our stay was up.

Excellent location, we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. Very short walk to the beach.

I booked to stay for Wednesday-Sunday. We only stayed one night. The beds were uncomfortable, floors were nasty. Had to be changed to a different room as soon as we checked in because the sink was clogged and full of nasty water. I went to the front desk and checked on the next day and still have not received my refund for the room, it's been almost 2 weeks.

Not enough parking

The pool was great and the proximity to resturants and the beach and pier were good. The rooms were clean but small. The beds were small. I thought the mattress was comfortable but my wife didn't. It was a cheap room and for me that's what counts. I'm just gonna sleep there anyway.

No phone in the room and no clock. So if you gonna need a wake up call, stay elsewhere. The staff were nice but slow. No breakfast, but if you are looking for a clean cheap room, that's what it is. I would stay there again

Super close to everything. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating

Not enough parking. We stayed 4 nights and never got fresh towels or anyone to take the trash out of our room

it was super close to the beach. Hotel was in great walking distance to a gas station and also a great breakfast joint.

parking was a nightmare. Not enough spots had to park across the road at the sister hotel and walk about a block away. Then had to race to get an open spot the next morning.

I like that it was clean, and the pet fee for our dog was very reasonable. It felt like the room was in transition — there were some much needed upgrades and fixes that were obviously done, and more that still need to be done. Also, the location was excellent!

The shower water never really got hot.

Room had an odor gave me sweet spray to use but I have allergies to sweet spray, TV volume didn't work, not a good thing when you have something an adult wants to watch and not good when children want to watch TV because it was raining. Internet was slow or just wouldn't work so kids couldn't even use I pad to watch. Lady at the front desk the next day was pretty rude and the lady that was cleaning rooms stood next to the lady at the front desk putting her 2 cents in, even when I went in with my phone while talking to Priceline she followed me back in. She hung around both rooms to hear what we were saying. She went to my daughter's room while she was packing up asking for a tip then asked for one of her Dr Peppers. She said "I see them they are right there". So my daughter gave her one. My daughter closed her door and came to my room and the housekeeper walked in right behind her and looked at me and said my manager is going to be mad because I won't get a tip. Do WHAT. I hadn't even finished packing but with that being said, I said well at least you don't half to clean the tub.

Room that didn't smell. TV and Internet that worked, And people at the desk to be nicer and NO one walking into the room talking about a tip and asking for your sodas. I guess with her helping herself to what knowing what was in the room I'm glad I left she could have helped herself to anything. Not good.

Location near center of south side, shops, and food. Easy walk to beach and pier.

Beds were not very comfortable.

the rooms are old and nasty looking, the worst part was we try to turn on the ac/heat unit and the outlet where it was plugged in was completely black from being fried.

The parking was terrible
