Great value and comfortable bed. The full kitchen was a nice extra. Great green space to walk the dog.

Thin ceiling/floors, I could hear the upstairs neighbors walking back and forth and moving furniture? until 2am.

I requested a first floor weeks before. get to the property then get told there are none but there were only 2-4 cars parked so how are all the first floor rooms taken

I do appreciate the staff and I love the location

The TV worked. Other than that I have nothing good to say. Breakfast was coffee or juice, coffee was bad. No one was around in the morning to check out just a drop box for room key.

Heater was off on arrival, room was 45 degrees, heat took 3 hours to warm up. Kitchenette was very dated. Office table was bowed so bad it was laughable. 1970 Couch had multiple stains. Bed had black specks between the sheets. Tub floor was stained brown, no shower in the morning for me.

Easy to find. Shower just right. Bed very comfortable. Towels very fluffy and absorbent.

Cleaning staff skipped our room one day, even though we were out of the room 8 AM - 5 PM. Front desk gave us towels for the next morning, but our room wasn’t cleaned until after 3 PM the next day. If this is an extended stay facility, there should be some basic pots, pans and silverware for cooking. Guests upstairs from us were very early risers with heavy boots.

I feel like there were people living there and the mattress and pillows were terrible

No breakfast was offered. There is a small "breakfast area" which had an urn of awful coffee and the creamers had gone sour.

The room was dirty with black mold in the bathroom.

I liked the location and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't like that I continually had problems with the key card demagnetizing, even when I tried my best to keep it away from my phone and car keys. This system needs to be improved! In the bathtub it looked like a plastic bath mat had 'melted' onto the tub surface. This should be fixed.
