The room was Larger then I have stayed at in the past. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed there with my son and Grand daughter in a second room. I also had my service dog with.

There was nothing I would complain about. I do not know what you want me to write since I have no complaints.

Breakfast was okay. Didn’t seem to have much variety & food quality was okay. We loved the set up of our room & that the hotel was right off I65.

We were disappointed with never having enough bath towels even after we asked for more. Also didn’t like having sticky carpet in multiple places, tv/streaming didn’t work because internet was not very good ( went in & out a lot or was super slow even using our cell phones). Also the pool & hot tub were nice but the chlorine was way too strong - it burned our eyes before even getting in & especially when water got in our eyes.

Comfortable bed. Great location. Not near as scary as the Baymont inn across the street. All the hotels in this area seem sketchy.

Mold in the shower. The egg white patties for breakfast were awful especially 2 days in a row (only tried them the first day). A lot of dirt and debris in the sofa sleeper when we opened it. No bedding for the sofa sleeper until we asked for it. Breakfast coffee wasn’t very good either.

The carpet was stained, television in 2nd bedroom only got 5 local channels. I paid over 230 a night and was highly disappointed

We stayed there and ended up having bedbug bites. It was confirmed by my doctor the next day we got home. Not what we had planned. We will NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND to ANYONE!! This was our halfway stop to our destination in Cincinnati. Never again!!!

didn’t feel clean. floors were dirty - feet were black. couches in room were old and stained badly. room was so hot - just uncomfortable.

for the price this is a good option. I didn’t see any bugs which is first important for my stay however the sheets were stained or simply dirty. The hotel older and smells old and moldy. Only had small interactions with staff so no complaints there. Pool was open but looked very small and strong chlorine smell when you walk in hotel. there was breakfast provided but didn’t eat it. Oh and pop vending machine charged my card $200+ so hope that can get resolved.
