The toilet was clogged so I had to get a plunger and unclog it myself. The breakfasts were terrible. Will not stay in any of these hotels again.

Friendly staff, everything was clean, very comfortable

First room had a commode that didn’t work. Staff gave me another room.

the fact that there’s no locks on the door, the mystery green stain on the sheets, potent marijuana smell, tv has no channels, and pillows were covered in brown stains.

When I was at the desk checking in a Roach came out on the counter top and the next morning a ROACH crawled out from under my cover. That's the only problem I had

Over all it was ok. The beds were very comfortable

The micro wave didn't work. Shower was dirty. Pool area was a mess garbage all over an wrappers in the water.

What I enjoyed was where this hotel was located. However it was infested with roaches. After asking for another room as soon as I cut the light on roaches began to run. Finally I didn’t eat any breakfast from a place that have this many roaches.

It was New Year day, so the location was great. I wanted to be away from residential cities.

the staff were very kind and friendly. the room was dark for good sleeping. I was working at night and slept during the day.

I was disappointed with a few things. the cleanliness was lacking. my room the bathroom mirror was completely film covered. the sink had black particles in it hair I found in the tub. the wall by iron board has some dark spot not sure it if is food? next, the hot tub was NOT hot. it was warm but not hot tub temperature and the jets barely produced any flow. you could not really notice the jets on when you started the timer. the hot tub was the main reason I chose this hotel. yes I was disappointed. lastly, not sure how people are allowed to smoke pot in their rooms but my floor had pot smoke lingering multiple times.

The hot tub was inoperable when I went to use it The television did not work went I want to my original room so they moved me to another room and the theTV didn"t work there either When I went to the breakfast the milk was spoiled and it made me sick

Thevguy at the front desk was patient even after having to move us to a different 3 times.

The first room both beds were broken, had to move to a different room. Next room the sheets on the bed were dirty with hair (?), and red stains on them, moved to another room.

Booking.com stole my money set up reservation with booking.com when I arrived at hotel they made me pay cash saying I didn't have a reservation that booking .com never sent it I called booking.com and the hotel called them

It's a comfortable stay at a reasonable price compared to the others in the vicinity that offer the same thing at a much higher rate. I just want a clean room bed and bath. Not your marbled floors and golden pillars people, geez.

The stains in the tub that made it look like it had not been cleaned.

there were roaches all over my room, it did not lol look like it was cleaned. and I had my 3 month old baby with me. I am glad nothing got on my child. it’s no telling what he could have been inhaling.

Facilities showed considerable wear and tear. Bathroom door badly damage and floor not level for door, shower did not drain properly and toilet required flapper replacement which was not done correctly
