Freundliches Personal, Pool war gut. Es gibt ein kleines zusätzliches Becken mit sehr warmen Wasser. Frühstück war mit dabei obwohl nicht beschrieben

Clean, great location, comfortable rooms

The guy who checked us in was quite rude & condescending. He acted like he had far better things to do with his time than to take care of hotel guests. Not a good look for an otherwise great hotel.

Location was fine.

Paid for the room months in advance on Booking with my PayPal account. Was charged more than the room cost when I got there as an “incidental charge” and when I brought it to their attention they said the money would be back in my account in 3-5 days. Three weeks later and nothing. On the receipt they printed it says “room charge”, and when I showed them I already paid for the room they said it was there policy but I would be refunded.

Lovely, clean, quiet, friendly staff.

Congested breakfast area, no decaf coffee, no convenient plug-ins for phones, etc.

The rooms were comfortable and clean; and it was very quiet. The pool area is great and the breakfast was simple but good.

We stayed for three nights and everyday our room keys would be deactivated and we’d have to go get new ones from the front desk.

Mi è piaciuta molto la struttura specialmente nelle parti comuni. Molto bella la hall e la zona colazione. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza con vasca idromassaggio e dopo un piccolo problema di comprensione per l'utilizzo di questa tutto è andato bene. La stanza era ampia e pulita e non mancava nulla. Buona la colazione.

La stanza al secondo piano senza ascensore con i bagagli è decisamente scomoda. Vicino all'autostrada, ma comunque stanza silenziose. Non amo la moquette nelle stanze, ma negli USA pare sia ancora di moda.
