Nothing I was disappointed about. I did think it was w ire that the front desk guy in the morning tried to pick my baby up a couple times. But the facilities were amazing

The walls were paper thin. I would suggest spending more in insulation so we don't hear everything our neighbors are saying and doing. Very disappointed...

when we got there to check-in, no employees were on site!! we went to dinner and came back and there was someone to check us in. the next morning, there was hardly any water pressure in the shower…

I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. The room met my needs, the staff was very kind, and the breakfast was great.

Made a reservation for this hotel. picked a room that was suppose to be a suite and have a jacuzzi tub. Got to the hotel and checked in, was given a room that was not only not a suite, it also did not have the jacuzzi tub. I paid for a suite and was given a normal room, at the price of a suite. Went to the front desk to find out what was the deal and the man at the counter tried to argue with me over the room I had reserved. The whole time he was arguing I was showing him the exact reservation I had made on the app, showing I had indeed reserved a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. After finally resorting to threatening calling the police I was given my refund. Wasn’t even offered the chance to switch to the right room I had actually reserved until after I had had enough of his arguing and asked for my money back. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!

The argumentative staff who refused to acknowledge they were in the wrong and chose to fight with me instead.

the light switch was missing the cover, the carpet and floors had drywall paint all over, fridge had left over drink from previous stay, fridge was dusty, the window seal was dusty the couch had pills inside it, the mirror in the bathroom had writing on it , walls stained

The timing of my stay, the pool, and the hot tub were under maintenance at the time of my stay

We had to change our room twice. In the first room the shower didn’t work properly. In the second room the carpet beside the bed was saturated. The third room was ok. The breakfast was poor. No fruit or yoghurt and a poor selection of cereal and no fruit juice. Plastic cutlery and plastic plates - just awful.

Furniture is old and needs updating. Mattress was definitely older. Breakfast was mediocre.

very comfortable bed, very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast.

This was my second stay, and I definitely will return when I go to Bozeman again.
