Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Very clean room. Lots of nice stuff.

I like the layout of the rooms and the more modern approach to shelves and posts rather than drawers. The staff was nice. The pool was small, but new.

During a shower the water would go cold randomly. Elevator door squeaks.

Check-in and out staff were great. Breakfast hall was clean and tidy. The room had been cleaned very well.

Please discard that shower curtain. It's a health hazard. Bathroom sink was nearly clogged and smelled of swage when water was run. The fridge was missing shelves and had cracks in it.

Convenient location close to interstate, staff pleasant and helpful, clean rooms, fresh towels every day.

No soap, hot tub in room never worked! Poor management!

The lady working the front desk, Stephanie, was the best. Friendly, professional, helpful, full of knowledge, a real joy to talk to. The breakfast was always hot, breakfast room always clean. The Staff that cleaned the room left the rooms looking like no one had stayed there. Clean rooms, bed made, bathroom clean, outstanding job!!!

This place had just had a major rework, everything was new and there were a few glitches. Internet Password did not work the first time I tried it, The T V cable was always going off, I had to reboot the HDMI cable box every 30 to 45 minutes. Luckly I was out doing stuff and did not have much chance to watch TV. There were other minor glitches, but again Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful.

Easy to find from the airport. Although they were being renovated it did not impact on the service we received. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was plenty of choice at breakfast.

The toilet was too low. The bed was too high.
