The staff and cleanliness

The staff was kind. The room was clean and very comfortable bed.

I reserved, and paid for, a Garden View Suite with a Spa Tub. This property does NOT have garden anything. They do NOT have any rooms with spa tubs! I was specifically looking for a spa tub for body therapy. I paid $50.00 a night extra just for a nice deep body soak. I am extremely disappointed and it was a waste of an entire trip and $400.00! I paid through booking.com so there was nothing the staff could do to help me. I have contacted customer support, they said they will get back to me. Let's see if they handle this correctly and how long I have to wait....

the room could have been updated in the shower area. holes that weren’t patched up in the bathroom.

The staff at desk has always been very nice. Especially the gentleman who checked me in. I have been there a few times and he has always been extremely friend and knowledgeable. I believe the lady who cleaned my room during my stay may have been Jennifer. And she was sweet enough to fold my personal throw blanket and place it neatly on the bed. I bring my own pillows because of neck issues and those were placed neatly with the hotel pillows. I liked it.

There's not enough luggage carts. I think there's only 2 and they were not there at ck in or ck out. Couple trips in and out. Water pressure isn't bad but would like a little more

Everything. There wasn't any room service and I can't make this up even if I wanted to, one of the towel they gave me had boogers on it.

didn’t have a room available for our last night there but not there fault we thought we would of been done before then and glad to see the Hotel Booked!!!

Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful in understanding our dilemma.

No cleaning was done unless requested, no in-house telephone service, some renovation was going on with a small sitting area in the lobby, bathtub faucet leaked, the toilet flushed on its own throughout the night. Overall, our visit was due to death in my family, and I hoped that the hotel experience would have been better.
