had big beds

very small bathroom and shower. could barely move in there. comforters on beds appeared old worn out. stains on ceiling and walls. not ideal.

The staff sucked there was no coffee and if you wanted a 12oz can of soda or a 25cent bag of chip it was 2 dollars each when the came in to clean the room the just made the beds and emptied the trash they did not change the sheets the bathroom was small no tub just a stand up shower it was not very nice no carpeting in the room and the floors were cold. I will not stay there ever again

The parking lot was good and the location was very convenient to get around. But that seems to be the only positive thing about the hotel.

they had to switch us from room to room because the AC were not working. And they spend the whole 30 minutes arguing with us on how to fix the AC instead of fixing it for us. And they seemed really angry when they had to fix it. And the rooms were moist, it was just disgusting. The bathroom looks haunted and it wasn’t worth the money.

The location was close to Misquamicut. The price was low. It was quiet.

The room (#115) was tired. There were not enough accessible electrical outlets. Numerous cracks on the bathroom tile floor. The shower was small, old and not very powerful. I thought the bed was too soft, but that's a personal preference. The light fixture between the beds was missing the switch so it couldn't be turned on.

it smelled terrible. I got sick after I stayed there. the carpet was nasty. there was a musty smell.

The ceiling above shower was almost falling down...water leaking onto floor. Large gap at bottom of door to the outside.....

Nice room, comfortable bed. Very helpful man in the office. Couldn't fault the room. Don't understand why there are so many bad reviews?? Just goes to show...... don't believe everything you read/hear

Nothing we didn't like

The location was fine. The staff was courteous. The room was clean. The room was quiet.

The room should have been $59 a night. The bathroom was tiny. The TV was tiny; the channel selection poor. The floor felt like it would give way. The room had no decorations.

Needs updating

Loved the mini fridge, shampoo smells so amazing like peonies, perfect location between mystic and misquamicut, comfortable and very friendly hosts/owners. Only thing I'd ask for is hot hot shower water :)

There was no breakfast available for us! Beds were clean

Well There was big stains on the ceiling and paint stripped off also. They was a damp odor . The tv remote had NO BATTERIES AND could only get about 5 channels (which btw was very static and could hardly view. The mirrors needed cleaning. They had smudges all over.
