This hotel exceeded my expectations. While not in the heart of downtown, or directly on the river, the hotel is very accessible to all that Hood River, the Gorge, and Mt. Hood have to offer. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and well outfitted with appliances, charging ports, and hygiene supplies. The common areas were bright and clean. The fitness room was small but the equipment was high quality. The breakfast offered many more options than I expected, and all the options were available whether I came down at 6:30 am or 9:15 am. There were multiple teas and good strong coffee available all day. I didn't use the pool, but families definitely seemed to be enjoying it. For the price, it would be hard to beat this experience.

Very nice hotel. I think the $25 a night for a pet is quite expensive. I like the location and the pool and hot tub!

The only thing I didn't like is there is no place to take your dogs to potty. I have my own doggie bags, but there was a lot of dog poop that was not picked up.

We loved the breakfast. We have not had a breakfast like that since we stayed at fancy resorts in Turkey.

Pool and hot tub were locked up. I contacted them a day before my arrival and was told both were working. Very disappointing.

It was kinda of spendy-y. We usually prefer Hampton Inn. But we will be using Holiday Inn maybe again. We come this way 2 or 3 maybe more a year.
