My truck got broken into

I got charged twice for the same stay and the staff will not listen the two times I reported it

The house keeping personnel was friendly and gave us fresh sheets when we asked

My travel Companion and I approached the front desk window, The front desk attendant took my ID and Credit Card charged me and provided no receipt. I asked him for my receipt and he looked at me perplexed he then gave me my receipt and then asked if I was going to stay there or I I was just going to pay for the room for my companion. Wild. We then get to our room and the cover on the bed has various stains and burn marks and the the room smelled of cigarette smoke and weed.

It's dirty inside and out. The room smelled . Having a non refundable booking sucks

it was quite nice and the rooms were nice

I seen cockroach’s in the room and I was walking around bear foot after a shower and ended up with black feet so the cleaning needs to be better

Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get to.

We experienced cockroaches in the sink, around the frig, and in the bathroom. One of the bed's plastic strip around the side had come undone. We didn't notice it until the hanging part with nails scraped off skin on our calfs.
