The price and location were exceptional.

The jacuzzi didn't work. The pool area is very outdated and poorly maintained. The handle on the bathroom shower was broken. The toilet didn't flush well. The TV wasn't mounted properly and was crooked. One light switch was broken. One lamp light bulb was out. Overall this place needs way better care and attention. Great potential, but poor management.

Not much to like with the exception of room size. It was almost like a suite with a separate bedroom and a living area with a sofa and TV.

Unfortunately this hotel while once upon a time may have been very upscale it now seemed very dated. The lighting was dim, carpet was worn and dirty looking. The toilet was one of the strangest I have ever seen. In addition to it being maybe 10 inches high ( good luck if you have bad knees) it also did not flush unless you held the side mounted button for at least 20 seconds. It must have been one of the original low flush toilets from 30 years ago. Good luck with any solid waste along with tissue. Then what may have been a kitchenette was all a facade. The sink in the kitchen was blocked off and water not connected. There also was a stove/hotplate that was also disconnected. The parking vacillaties were dark and seemingly unsafe. Clerk sent us around back to park closer to our room. We looked around, found entry door and it was no closer than entering at the front desk. It was so dark in the rear lot that I didn't think our vehicle would be safe there. We parked out front instead. Then the next room was banging all night (passionately if you know what I mean) The walls must be very thin or not sound deadening. In the morning I went to the lobby and was told to go across the road to Starbucks drive thru if I wanted coffee. C'mon for almost $150 a night you could at least offer some coffee. There was a Motel 6 just down the road which would have been better and saved a bunch of cash to boot. I don't usually leave reviews but felt compelled this time to save others from the experience.

pigeons lived on the hotel room balcony. It was noisy and covered in pigeon feces. overall cleanliness of the building was poor. the room was clean. it’s time for a remodel.
