pool was closed, lounge was closed and fitness center was closed.

All the staff professional and nice. Very nice breakfast with plenty of options. Location great, cleanliness good.

You get what you pay for, very outdated, mold in bathroom

The manager charged my account an extra $250 for a smoking fee when I don’t even smoke and no one smoked in the room, this was before I even left the hotel. The toilet ran non stop but they have a sign where they are trying to conserve water and couldn’t give us any extra towels until after the third day of our stay even though we had to use two for the floor cause the toilet ran and water was everywhere. The tub didn’t drain, so I guess not having towels was no big deal because we couldn’t shower.

They took an extra $250 from my debit card before I ever left the hotel for absolutely no reason I think because I complained about the room I’m not sure and they kept trying to walk into our room when the do not disturb sign on the door. It just wasn’t worth it definitely should’ve just paid for a better hotel instead of getting extra fees for no reason.

Breakfast was quite good, great waffles, Good fruit juice. Cereal was fine. The best part was the staff, who were very accommodating. Their attitude was very pleasant. They were helpful, polite, and knowledgeable.

Pool was under repair.

Very dirty, old facility that is in dire need of a thorough cleaning and remodel.

We liked the convenience to the ski resorts and restaurants.

The property could use some TLC, especially the hallway walls and the bathrooms. The tiles were cracked And patched back together. You can tell the property is much older but they are just making due without putting a lot into upkeep. This was also not the priciest property so the environment was to be expected a little. Overall, it was the value we were expecting for the price

The location is good since it is close to the turnpike and that is the road I was traveling on. The staff that checked me in was very polite.

Two of the lights in my room did not work and I discovered that my door did not lock the following morning. The fitness room was not open.

The breakfast was not as good as expected. Went out to a restaurant instead.

Not a very good selection. We like eggs & meat but their eggs were horrible and no meat :(
