El trato del personal, nos comentaron que el check out era a las 12 pm y a las 11:15 am nos llamaron para solicitarnos pagar una noche más

I stay here on a regular basis. I find the location and the overall experience quite satisfying.

This is the first time I was not happy. I had to request a remote for the TV. I was told someone would bring it to my room. An hour later, I had to go to the front desk to get it. Also, the bed we slept in was horrible. It had absolutely no support. Never had a issue before at this location. I just booked another stay, hopefully I will get a good night sleep.

The front desk clerk was friendly.

No air circulation in the restroom

I asked for a tub .I was told that there are only a few tubs first come first serve .But when I left I was told that there were plenty rooms that had tubs that I could have got a tub no problem. I have a very bad back and that's why I asked for a tub . second the room smelled like cigarettes first I thought it was my dog because she rolled in something and I cleaned it off but it's stank it stank it pumilated the walls it was cigarette smoke from previous . . I don't appreciate being put into a crappy room especially when I'm paying good money I've been coming here for over a year and this is the second time that I've gotten s*** for a room. I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER

The staff was excellent

Bathroom wasn't too clean

One of the best rates available in the area. Walking distance to restaurants. Property appeared well maintained. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Continental breakfast was standard of what seems normal since Covid. Individually wrapped bread slices, breakfast bars, oatmeal. Nothing to get excited about.

It was clean and quiet

So quiet makes you wonder if your the only one in the building. It seemed lifeless at times and i strarted wondering where did anyone go.
