I like the location of the hotel. The little time in spent there was ok. It sufficed for my visit.
I think it’s time for them to update their mattresses. The mattress doesn’t meet the standard of the Hilton brand. One of the nice things about Hilton is the digital key. But their system never seems to work.

I liked the comfortable beds, breakfast, and roomy space.
The room and hallway REAKED of cigarettes and we just got home today and my car and everything we brought with us smells like cigarettes which is gross for a person who has never smoked a day in their life. My boyfriend and I have had trouble breathing ever since our stay

The bed made my back hurt and it kept moving we had to keep moving the mattress around it kept sliding off the bed a little did not know that we had to request for room service to come in and clean my room no one can see the sign coming in because we're focusing on getting to our rooms having an event all day coming back to the fact that the tub had not been cleaned mine juice for people in one room other than that we managed

When I got to my room there was a problem with the shower valve, but it was repaired very quickly. Everything was wonderful. That's why I usually stay at Hampton Inns.

The facility was close to everywhere we needed for our Wknd. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The hotel staff was courteous and efficient. McDonald's and taco Bell next door. Waffle House across the street and Ruby Tuesday is in the parking lot area as well.
We saw 2 roaches in the bathroom. The hotel may need to be exterminated regularly.
We'd still stay again if needed.

Stayed at Hampton inn 3 to 4 days. I had to call the operator and ask if housekeeping could bring us a change of towels and if they could come change the trash. THE 2ND & 3RD night, I didn't bother to ask. We just dealt with it. The best western rooms were under $100 a night ,the rooms were clean,they didn't smell of mold or mildew, My stay broke the bank and we couldn't even get house keeping to supply toilet tissue, they wouldn't change our bedding or , empty the trash, Not happy at all.
I heard one employee saying Friday morning "one day she's going to end up snapping and Management is going to wonder why"😲
Front desk didn't seem too friendly and my room stayed dirty the whole time of my $479 stay. Had to ask for towels and for the trash to be taken out. Had to ask for tissue. We would leave and come back and trash is still on the table, trash still in the can, beds not made. No housekeeping the whole time I was in modd point. I saw housekeeping on my floor each morning but none of them even attempted to come to my room.

Location. Price. Good breakfast. Liked they had white bedsheets and covers so i know thats clean.
Room looks old furniture. Like couch had so many stains.

I was not satisfied with TV channels. There was no Hallmark.

no cold water. shower so hot you couldn’t stay in it. closet door broke. entrance door to room very hard to open sticking. fridge cabinet rotting out and the ice maker and vending machine out of order on the floor I stay on. did not clean the room while I was there did not tell me I had to request new towels. bed mattress was broken down.

The property is dated and could use some serious updating. But all and all it was perfect for my short stay
