My first initial room had human and dog hair everywhere. I often wonder why hotels changed rules from no smoking to pet friendly when honestly both should be removed. The couch was full of dog hair and the bathroom full of hum hair. If y'all allow pets u should at least create a method for the next person to not know a dog was there prior to their check-in. The hotel has a horrible smell on second floor may need to consider pulling the carpet up. The second room I stayed in 221 A/C barely came on throughout the night it seemingly did what he wanted.

arrived at the property and was advised that my reservation was cancelled no call no email NO NOTHING instead aid changing rooms, called booking and they advised my reservation was still good yet la Quinta cancelled it, I’ll also be reporting to BBB about the property

my room was not cleaned! there was hair in shower and the sheets were so wrinkled like someone had already sleep on them. Oh and if you decide to leave it has to be before an hour to get a refund.

The breakfast. I would've liked some type of meat to go with my eggs and waffles.

Cleanliness of room

Asked for extra blankets and they said all were given out hotel was not full you would think there would be extra blankets at least one for each room. Uncomfortable when sleeping because it was cold.

Breakfast wasn’t much. Rooms ac barely worked and it was filthy. Under the couch there was tons of trash. People in room across from us smelled like people smoking weed. Then they sprayed cologne in hallway.
