it was more flies in the room than outside. I couldn’t even eat in there. I wanted to enjoy a day to myself to relax and couldn’t because of the fly infestation in the room. I checked out a few hours later because I couldn’t stay in there. I was offered to have fly spray sprayed in there or change to another room I just wanted my money back because it was ridiculous and nasty didn’t want to be coughing from the spray and didn’t want to move to another room for it to be fly infested either.

The location is very convenient.

All the appliances had rust. The air conditioner was very dirty.

For a non-smoking facility there was a lot of smoking going on with their hands out the door but they weren't standing outside the door you know during well the smoke gets back in the room the second floor had Spanish speaking guys and by the time I get over there to get breakfast they had eaten almost all of the waffle mix and whatever else was out it was hardly anything there I asked the girl to desk what to do about it and she says she didn't know because the guy that was supposed to be the manager or setting it up had gone to Cambridge he was not around said he didn't tell anybody else how to fix anything so this was not a good place to stay and I don't know whether I'll stay there again

I don't understand why they allowed the Mexicans to stay on the second floor because every morning they went down and got free meals took what they wanted and went back to their rooms the girl told me that they never see him all day long they're up there all day long if they're immigrants get them the hell out of there I want to know why the roof isn't fixed it's leaking the girl that's in there in the morning was had only been there 3 days and she didn't know what to do and she said that the manager is gone it's just I don't know how you guys let this place stay the way it is

it was quiet. room was clean. plenty of hot water loved the little coffee pot

The waffle maker was cool. The bed was sooooo comfortable we actually overslept. The online reservation made check in so fast and easy we were comfortable in our room in minutes!

At breakfast there were no meats (sausage or bacon) or fruit of any kind.

Our suggestion is: you could cut down on your heating costs by putting an extra blanket in the rooms. We had to keep the heat on because we were cold.

Didn't like one thing about place. 2 towels for 2 people to shower for 2 days. When I called down for more the manager said for a king that's all u get. Finally after calling down she gave more 2 more and was really mad she is unprofessional complained that she was going to have me Leave is I was caught again at the free breakfast looking for some waffles she was extremely. I feel terrible for the staff she is very aggressive and abu,sive to her staff I witness it. Grated I was at a funeral and she knew that and was trying to get me kicked out C
