Customer care, also rented a handicap room and although reserved and paid 2 days prior, it was rented to someone else on day of our arrival.No apoligies and no effort to remedy situation.Jiseph at frond desk extremely rude . Although rooms paid at time of reservation he wanted to charge additional $194 for handicapped room for next night. Bait and switch or ignorance? Rooms are in disrepair and not clean. A very young girl (13/14) cleans the rooms.

Easily accessible with free on-site parking. Located in the centre of town with local shops, bars and restaurants. Free coffee provided in reception every morning. Microwave and fridge in room.

Insufficient pillows in a huge bed. Noisy neighbours in room above ours disturbing sleep. No kettle in room.

The checking she tried charging me 69.00 extra for no reason, I already paid 296.00 for 3 days, she tried making me pay more, so my niceness turned, I called my bank in front of her and her husband and asked how many minutes after I paid 296.00 did they try n charge me more, he said, refund her now! So it made it seem.like, they steal from people, I reported them to fbi

The room was recently renovated and large.

We had reserved far in advance, but when we arrived a few minutes before 11pm, only to find the front office locked and a sign saying "no vacancy". There was a doorbell to ring for service, but no one answered for 10-15 minutes. With nowhere else to go, we resorted to knocking on the door of the room attached to the office. Still no answer for another five minutes, until we knocked loudly. The woman who answered was angry and told us we should've used the doorbell--and when I told her we'd been ringing it for 20 minutes, she snapped "I didn't hear it". It was a horrifically unpleasant and panic-inducing experience to think we had no place to stay after a long day of driving all because we dared check in at the late hour of....10:55pm.

The room looked clean and new, bright lighting and nice bathroom with a standing shower. There was a microwave, fridge, and working AC. Bed was comfortable, and room had lots of space. Nice location that is walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. There was a well lit parking lot in the front, but also a smaller parking lot with a few spaces and stairs in the back.

Outside was still being renovated, somewhat narrow metal stairs, but wasn't hanging around there anyway.
