I Met a woman named GLM and we had sex, she was caught sneaking in the dog and I was charged $20.00 extra fo rthe dog ,the staff said it was going to be $40.00 but we settled for $20.00 and the management told me she GLM had to remove the dog form the premises .it was a huge mistake, but the room was great!

staff, cleanliness,requests andbuilding were all very good, the only thing is the location. Most of Oakland is crime ridden, but we were safe on site. Owner always on grounds checking. It would be fantastic in another location other than Oakland. Staff very helpful in all questions. Very helpful, great, kind gentleman

This USED to be my goto hotel for work they beds were nice and close to the hospital where i sometimes have to work long shifts

The pillows as usual and the deposit NOT outlined in any of their terms and conditions. And they refused to take a different credit card but demanded cash. If i would have gotten a SMOKING room NO DEPOSIT but a non smoking room required a cash deposit. Made ZERO sense
