bed was comfy, continental breakfast was excellent, hostess Candy was excellent serving breakfast, cleaning up after guests, making sure all the hot food remained hot

Our room was not clean and ready for us when we arrived in the afternoon, there was an additional wait of 45 minutes before it was clean, the bathrooms in the lobby smelled like backed up sewage, there were only 2 toilets available for use in the women's bathroom, the one i used was rocking on the floor and not secured to the floor. The Men's Bathroom had a plugged up Urinal and the odor was horrible, trash been was over flowing to the floor. There was no fold down seat in the handicapped shower for anyone in a wheelchair to be able to sit and use the shower, there was no microwave in the room for use .

The workers were nice & tried to help us out but the hotel was booked and we had to stay in a room we’re the tub had mold and was a little dusty and dirty and smelly no shampoo or conditioner or body soap

That it was not so clean and mold around the tub needs some upkeep

The carpet in hallways and main area is old, is stained and looks filthy. The Pool is closed. The entry doors were dirty with fingerprints all over the glass. The room seemed clean enough just extremely dated. It’s way over priced for the accommodations. The proximity to Purdue is convenient. The staff members were professional and nice.

The ease of location and entry! Lots of parking and comfortable room! The front desk staff was exceptional and kind, incredibly helpful!

Wish that the jacuzzi was open!! The bath tub drained really poorly and the tv service was spotty. Room and hotel proper were underwhelming and below expectations

The facility is amazing! Mind boggling beautiful on the inside.

Maybe it looks a bit dated but I love the charm of a 80s 90s built modern hotel.

The bathroom is in need of repairs or better yet remodeled. There were cracks in the caulking and torn apart all together.

We were in the hotel for a very short time. However, the room was very comfortable.

Although we have to pay 5 bucks for breakfast, it was worth it. The food was good and hot. The location was in a good spot.

I didn't have any complaints, everything in the room worked fine.

When I arrived the front desk attendant wasn’t there. After waiting for her for about 5 min I had to ring the hotel to get her to come out. Hotel parking lot was empty when I arrived around 7pm and empty again when I left in the morning yet request of room upgrade was denied after I had been sent an email that the hotel was able to fulfill my request. Instead I was put in the pet wing and was bit by a flea in the bed and another was found on the wall beside the bed. I was afraid to search elsewhere. Shower was filthy and shower curtain had chunks of something on the inside. These rooms are not being cleaned after each guest. There’s no way.

The bartender, Miracle was amazing!

The hotel was filthy, dated, in disrepair. It has not been well maintained. After running water into the bathtub, the bottom of the tub was covered in a gritty sand like substance. The pool was closed also.
