It's clean and nice

For some reason I was charged $30 more dollars, but investigating with the bank.

The room was not very clean. There were cob webs in the corner of the window. We stayed in a suite, but the front room did not have a television. There was s spot for it, but no TV. Also, our car was backed into and scrapped the bumper. I contacted the facility and was told the manager would contact me to review the video. I’m still waiting to hear from them😐

The staff was very kind. There was parking.

It needs a thorough cleaning on the outside and fixtures should be updated, as well as furniture. Our first room had a broken door and the desk was leaning. Also, cooking odors are apparent.

Breakfast was not offered towels were small and rough to the touch

Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Plenty of parking.

Occasional loud noise from train and trucks due to location. Room was clean except for one dental floss threader that was still on the floor.

Very clean updated rooms. Central location, close to the beach and downtown Irvine.

Parking was hard to find once the parking structure was full.

Check in staff was very friendly and happy to have guests clean towels bed And room was spotless

Weird location but a great half way point from La and San Diego
