The front desk lady Ms. Crystal is freaking awesome and she needs a big raise! I travel a lot and I stay in a lot of hotels this is the first hotel that I've ever stayed in through this app that I put a comment in for extra blanket and not 15 minutes of me being in the room they brought my blanket to me I always have to fight to get an extra blanket or extra pillow lol! The room is nice and comfortable the bed is awesome and it does have a good size comforter on it already... If you stay longer than one day if you need extra towels or anything all you have to do is call the front desk and they will have it brought to your room you do not have to worry about going down to get them.

The only thing I didn't like was the $50 deposit which I didn't know about until I got here so if you book make sure you book all of your days up once so you only have to pay the $50 one time because of my work I paid separately and had to pay $50 each day so make sure if you stay in longer than one day you go ahead and book all your days in advance so you can only pay that $50 one time also after you check out it only took a day and that 50 was put back in my account.

It served its purpose for a quick overnight trip.

It was a little dusty. And they ran out of a lot of things for breakfast including plates.

Dinning Room was next to our room, and it was neat and CLEAN.

We were not made aware, NO ROOM SERVICE , until after we spent the first night. We were our own ROOM SERVICE! 1.Cleaned room & bathroom 3. Dirty Towels & trash outside room before 10:00am Maintance Problems 1. Broken bathroom exh. fan 2, Slow draining bathroom sink 3. Cigarette smoke from another room came thru broken exh. fan slot & it took all day to go away(we are not smokers& we had to leave the room) 4. No one to fix repairs

easy check-in, fairly pleasant staff, room was clean but needs some upgrading. comfortable bed. they had a good complimentary breakfast. nothing fancy but fresh orange juice, good coffee, bagels, waffles, fruit, cereal.

i believe they are in the process of renovating which is sorely needed. especially bathroom fixtures, shower, room furnishings. it's due for some upgrading. also, went ourside and then couldn't get back in because my keycard didn't work.

the staff was nice

the whole place had a bad smell of paint and smoke , I understand they were doing remodeling but this was something that should have been said before booking , because I had small children with me and that smell gave us all headache all night

100 a night hundred is too expensive for what offer. It s just a cheap hotel and the room are old, with carpet everywhere and the view of my room it was on the parking spot , the sidewalk. In one week no onion ver came only 1 time to clean up or at least to pass the vacum cleaner.I had a problems with the refrigerator it was too noises and it didn't work so I had to trow away the food, then with restroom ,the toilet it was in the middle of the bathroom and the water in the bath it was rusty...I mean is too expensive and i didn't get what I paid for.Probably who owns the hotel really dont have idea how it should be and even the cost too .In Europe or at least in Italy for sure, people can have the same room for two but without carpet in the best places , high seasons and with a very big breakfast for maximum 60 euro. At this point I dont raccomande it because is too expensive so is better to go to another cheaper because outside , there a not sidewalks for pedestrians, it s very hard to walk and go to somewhere, buses doesnt come regularly so without a car is impossible to go around and I dint have it so I to called the taxi every time then eat outside , the hotel so I spent too much money for my staying there and I wasn't satisfy at all.
