The main eating room was nice. The bathroom needed some replacing oof tile and bars

No fruit at breakfast and food wasn't refilled at 8am
Many of the amenities were unavailable. No ice no vending.
No extra towels.

I'm still waiting for my refund.... I'm still waiting for a call back. I was promised a refund by Vanessa, at the front desk. We didn't even stay there because the pool and hot tub were closed and not working and that's why we chose that hotel.

Hotel under renovation. Room had multiple problems. Missing light bulbs, toilet paper holder falling off wall, air conditioning very, very loud, ice machine inop, TV remote not linked to TV, had to manually push buttons on side of TV for power and volume.1 electric plug on each side of bed, after light and clock, only 1 plug available for cell phone charges and watch charges.
Check in area a complete mess with construction. Check in lady very nice but alone
Not enough people working, booking should have advised me of the hotel construction. I would have stayed somewhere else.

The staff was not courteous...the facility was not clean, the food was undercooked/overcooked, the pancake machine wasn't working, the sausage was discusting!!! We were double charged for our room and the young lady at the front desk couldn't help us. Had to call back later in the afternoon to see if the manager had given us a refund. The bathroom was dirty. Just not what we've experienced with Holiday Inn Express in the past.

The location was great. Very easily located on a major route. Close to a variety of places to eat and shopping.

we had no hair dryer in room the clock was broken and we had no coffee cups when i told this to the lady at front desk she said your hotel was a work in process and some rooms were still being renovated and didn't seem important enough to write them down.

Chair & footstool in room were not too comfy.

asked for a wake up the 2 days I was there & one day they didn’t call at all & the next day I asked for a wake up call at 4.30 & they called me at 03:30😜🤷♂️

I liked the breakfast and the clean rooms
The double charged me then it took me 4 days to get my money back while on vacation their pool was closed and that was part of the reason we stayed at that hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and very professional! Our flight was delayed several hours and the staff did a nice job of extending our checkout time to accommodate the delay! The breakfast was amazing and I loved the pancake maker! The dining room was definitely set to follow Covid safety guidelines which made us feel protected while traveling! The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff were great! This is definitely my hotel when I travel to Enid!
