Nothing to like, they took my money on prepayed reservation and then said they overbooked and had no room

I booked a room 1 hr before arriving (the listing said they had 6 rooms left. They not only said they were over booked and had no rooms but I had prepared and said I had to figure out how to find another hotel and work to get my money back (still trying to do that. Never stay at this hotel, they will scam you like they did me. Poorly run and possibly straight theft, I still do not know if I can get a refund

The location was good and the entrance was pretty and modern

The staff at the front desk was horribly rude and very nasty from the moment we walked in. She even called my room twice (after 11 at night) just to be nasty and tell me she didn’t like that my registration said 2 adults when it was really 1 adult and child (honest mistake from when booking the room) Her tone was rude and inconsiderate from the moment I walked in. And the fact that she called my room twice to complain was absolutely absurd.

We had been traveling for a week and this was our last stay at a hotel, and it was the least expensive and the best. That is not why we chose the hotel, but it was nice to see a reasonable rate for a quality hotel.

No hot tub.

Location was great, right down the street from Costco. The option of having a sit down breakfast was exceptional. Food and wait staff were top notch. Food arrived surprisingly quickly!

The option of pillows. All were too soft. The AC filter had unpleasant odor so I turned it off. Ice on 3rd floor had black sediment in it. Didn't notice until next day when I went to drink my juice and also water.

It was not far off the highway so perfect for a one night stopover while passing through

The king bed was so comfortable, and the amenities were great. An in-room Keurig was a treat. Everything was clean. The staff was so pleasant.

That we didn't have more time to spend there.
