The elevator is a little dated and seems to be dangerous.

Mixup with the room (got smaller room than booked with not enough sleeping space for our group, took some struggle and time to get the right one) sheets smelled like a bleach,very few seats at breakfast-we did not get a table. Worst part - air conditioner smelled really bad - like old wet basement, we could not use it. Had to sleep with open windows to get some air,which was noisy. The hotel is close to highway.

There was a good variety. Staff kept it well stocked, was responsive to requests, kept the area clean.
Rate was a bit pricey, but likely comparable to other hotels at this time.

The facility was very clean and quiet. The beds are newer and comfortable. The rooms offer use of a Keurig which is super easy to use as well as 24 hr coffee and tea in the lobby.
The pool isn’t finished but the room prices still reflect that if a property with a pool.

Beautiful and quiet room. Close to fast food, gas stations, and freeway entrance.
One of the ladies at the front came across as unapproachable. It's not a good look for visitors.

The breakfast
The staff was unprofessional. Some even rude. The first Room was infested with insects so I had to call numerous times until finally. I got a hold of the front desk for them to move me to another room not even offer a comp or something to rectify the issue to make it better as I’ve stayed at this facility numerous times, so I thought that was very unprofessional and the ladies that helped up front were very rude and belittling, and it just was not a good experience at all. Definitely not a Michelin approved hotel.

The hotel was recently renovated. The staff was very nice.
However, when we came in the room had a very strong smell of hotel detergent, the kind that hurts your throat. We asked for another room, but they had none that could sleep 5, and were unwilling to give us two smaller rooms (though they had that option). They only suggested a refund and that we look for another hotel. We ended up opening the window for two hours and sleeping through the smell. This could have been resolved better.

There were still some shipping containers out front from the renovation, which made parking a little tight.
