Waked in to the facility and a drug addict was sitting on the chair , no greeting from staff . outside 1/2 the building was missing structure

it’s dirty, lots of roaches and I don’t mean a few infestation…Room is dingy outdated and broken. place is loud all night. people live there so I guess they think it’s ok to be obnoxious at all hours. was warned if I smoke in room it’s a $150 fine I don’t smoke so I don’t care but the room smelled of old smoke so bad not to mention counter lady was really rude for no reason even when I thanked her I didn’t even get a your welcome

it had roaches the towels and washcloths had strings of hair on them fridge was nasty there was a bunch of noise upstairs the staff member hung out with her friends in the lobby also when I told her the toilet was clogged she told me she’ll give me the plunger to do it myself

No bed making, no room cleaning. No clean towels unless you requested. Shower curtain was filthy dirty. Beds uncomfortable.

Staff are nice people. Cleanliness was appreciated. Facility has obviously tried to make a run-down old facility presentable with fresh paint, nice room trim, nice-sized flat screen tv.
Wifi was snail-paced. No coffee or other morning beverages. Shower head needed to be replaced years ago.

I loved the fact that they accepted Pets, but because of poor insulation and not being sound proof my pups kept barking which led to us having to leave my cousins wedding reception early. The manager kept calling while we were at the reception. Not the way I expected things to go ,
