Quiet, convenient location

our room fridge wasn’t working had a molded blanket in it. very out dated and tiny rooms and bathroom. Ice machine didn’t work. I thought Baymont by Wyndham hotels were nice. this was was awful gross.

The close proximity to the interstate. Also the night reception person was super nice, friendly and helpful.

The door was not weatherproof, as there was a gap on 2 sides. The shower was a little weird because they had a bowed shower rod but it wasn’t installed properly. When you had one end of the curtain closed the other end was open and water was going onto the floor and you couldn’t adjust the shower head to avoid this problem. The morning reception person was very stand-offish, like they didn’t want to be there.

exercise facility was dirty and the treadmill did not work well. also there were no batteries in the remote in the exercise room.

Mainly the location. It's just off of the Interstate and very easy to find. The room had nice amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, iron and cable TV. And the included breakfast was good; the sausage and eggs were a little better than some other places I've stayed.

The building dates back to the early 1980's and is in need of updating. Room door had air gaps, corrosion on the frame, but the room had decent furnishing at least. The bed mattress was not comfortable and also needs updating. Room was fairly clean but could be better; towels look a bit dingy.

Room was dirty. Shower barely worked. Never got hot. It looked like it was something out of the 50s. Really needs to be updated. And needs to be fixed.

The room was on the ground floor like I requested. As I was traveling with my dog, it was a huge help to have an excercise area close to my room.. WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE - as with every dog exercise area, other users never seem to pick up after their pets so you have to watch your step AND the exercise area is located close to the Interstate and another local road and there is NO fence. If your pup gets spooked by something he can easily run off straight to the Interstate. So watch your pet if you stay here.

I had to get my key cards reset as they didn't work all the time and it's a real pain if you've got your hands full of stuff and can't get in your room. I had a double room (which I really didn't need) and it was SO crowded with furniture there was little room to move around. The HUGE TV was a little much, also. I understand they try to accomodate everyone, but the room was crowded and the beds on the platforms were almost too high to get in to. I pity a short person trying to go to bed. The hot water in the shower didn't work and the desk clerks should really try to work up a smile when they greet you.

The location was not convenient.

The stairs were rusted and some even cracked when we walked on them, the beds were somewhat uncomfortable, every time you moved they made a noise, there was writing on the headboards and scratches on the wall, and staff was rude and even messed up someone’s reservation and didn’t even give the money back.

They receptionist was rude not just to me but other people that stayed there also I think they need to classes on how to deal with the public instead of arguing with people don't they know the saying that the customers are always right most of the time

Not much, water takes forever to go to hot, pressure was low. Beds uncomfortable.
