Front desk staff were so pleasant and accommodating. All areas of the hotel were clean & pool area was very nice. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Easy check-in, close to I-70, very clean. Good breakfast. Excellent coffee. Big room, and comfy beds. Best bang for your buck I've seen in America. 10/10 I would stay here again.

I chose to stay here because of the location, and have had a good experience with the amenities! Indoor pool and a sauna, made my night! Also, there are several restaurants within walking distance!
As for TV entertainment, they had a good selection of channels, that not every hotel carries!
It's hard to say what I didn't like..if I had to be picky, I would say that the staff could try harder to make sure they vacuum..I stepped on something that looked like broken glass chard, however it didn't affect me..

Front desk staff (forgot his name) on our checkin was very friendly and efficient. and was very receptive and helpful in moving us to another room when we had a problem with the initial pet room. The changed pet room accomodation was much improved and we appreciated his accomadating our concern. Breakfast choices were varied and quite good and above the standard for similar type hotels.

The room was quite large. Although their "PET POLICY" only includes DOGS and no other animals, they did accommodate me and my cat for one night. When I called to re-book 4 days later again with my cat, they would not accommodate me. I had to reserve elsewhere. Great for dog owners; bad for those of us with other pets. They really need to clarify their "pet" policy.
Pet policy only includes dogs. Although they did accommodate me and my cat for one night, the front desk staff informed me that they would not accommodate me again with my cat. Incidentally, the large dog across the hallway from me barked all night long. Pet policy is not a pet policy, rather it is a "dog" policy. This Best Western is what I refer to as "the dog house".

windows were dirty in our room..lots of fingerprints and sticky table. trash left from previous guest..smelled like urine. trash was overflowing in the hallway by the elevator too..perhaps they were short staffed?
