Everything was great

Front desk staff, especially Bill, were all courteous, with lots of good local info. We had a short stay so did not automatically get housekeeping though we could've requested it. I was fine with that, but we had to get extra towels from the front desk. Fantastic location on the Jupiter Riverwalk! Loved being able to walk along the water in the mornings. Close to Jupiter beach and Roger Dean stadium. This will definitely be at the top of our list if we come back for Spring Training.

Honestly the only issue I had was the shower curtain didn't stay put and we got water on the bathroom floor. But the room and bathroom were clean with nice, modern decor.

Location was good

The price for how basic the hotel is definitely doesn't speak volumes definitely paying for location

the man at the desk on our arrival was AWESOME!!! I don’t remember his name but he was great!!!

Location is very central in Jupiter. Beds are comfortable and rooms are large.

Breakfast could be improved. Pillows were too soft for us.

Location location location. wonderful right on the River walk. absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. loved the pool. the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Bill was great with his knowledge of the area and deals. breakfast was good. loved the coffee all day long!

Bathroom fan was too loud and didn’t work. a hot tub by the pool would be nice.

It has a beautiful greenway behind the hotel which is beautiful to walk and enjoy the water. Also is close to the beaches and plenty of good places to eat

I loved the location

The breakfast was awful. Small rooms. No privacy. My husband and I was given a room that connected to another and could hear everything in that room. Can also hear everything in the hall because of the crack between the door and wall. The vending machine had outdated food and drinks in it. No where to empty your trash. Majority of the staff were very friendly but not most of housekeeping. Some were very rude and unprofessional. There should be a hotel mini store like other best western chains. No microwave in room had to use the one in the lobby.

Great location and nice pool. Reception staff were helpful. An adequate buffet breakfast was included in the price
