The hotel location was great but the price for the room compared to the quality was low. The staff at the front were nice and helpful.

The bed was so soft we rolled into the middle. The bed squeaked. The shower stall needed chalking and needed to be redone. There was a beach chair in the bathroom.

Love the location and the management team was so helpful and friendly. 10/10 would stay there again!

The view from the terrace. That's the only thing.the small terrace lo ok s over the bay. Bit this place needs a health inspector qnd an overhaul inside

This place has mold. Damage everywhere. Loks like a tenement building. The bed was the lumpiest ever the ceiling is peeling there is mold and water stains everywhere. The plaster on the walls was sloppy and painted over Stilll lumpy. We checked in late and are leaving early and don't think we should have to be responsible for this bill. We would have changed hotel but there was no vacancy anywhere which is probably why they think they are justified in charging almost 700 but the pictures and the reality are VERY different story. This is false advertising and health hazard for mold.

We loved our beautiful room overlooking Provincetown Harbour, with comfortable furniture both inside and out. Owners very friendly and helpful with suggestions for local activities etc. Coffee great!

Never received a copy of my bill even though I was told it would be emailed and sent an email. Shower door broken, sheets stained, staff not friendly.

Location is perfect for commercial street, staff was great and the porch was really nice.

I’d expect this of most inns in Ptown but parts of the room (wall paper, bed post, curtains) were damaged and the mattress was old. Make sure you ask for a water view!!

Perfect location, no views are bad; owners are always wonderful and rooms are well appointed. We love it heeexso much.

Wifi was difficult to be appreciated because the size of the home and the strength of the signal
