Very quaint. The continental breakfast was very nice, warm muffins, fresh coffee and juice, great way to start the day.

This is the historical Cape Cod and with that in mind you have to know your expectations. This is not a place to expect Ritz Carlton or facilities that edge on modern. It's a historical city and so the town reflects exactly that, historic charm. With that being said every day spent here was wonderful. The Watership Inn itself while maintained its dated but then again that's it's beauty and charm. We met Rick and Dave and both were welcoming and friendly. Each morning Dave made fresh muffins that filled the lobby with a wonderful breakfast smell. Breakfast is while on the simple side it was good and suficient. The coffee was good as well. Want more then that?... then venture just a few steps down the street and you can have your pick of whatever you're in the mood for from food to shopping of souvenirs and art galleries...all of them in an abundant number. Of course it's a historical places so museums and landmarks are a given. Conclusion: Watership Inn...great rates, friendly staff, continental breakfast, charming and great location. Cape cod: interesting, charming, historical and a wide selection of good food at well rated restaurants or lounges to just chill with a martini while admiring the waterfront. A second trip to cape Cod is definitely on the books.

We never had breakfast. It wasn’t served until after 09:00. Most of the guests were looking for coffee and something to eat around 07:00. They offered a free breakfast with the room.

this property was so central to the town that we never had to walk further than a few blocks to where we wanted to go!

Good for short stay. Nice for price. Room condition was fine. Staffs are friendly. Plain American breakfast is provided. The only downside is that you can't see the sea directly in your room.

Carpets need deep cleaning bad! Bed needs replacing frame as well as matress, . advertised breakfest very little to pick from. over all not up to our standards by far. Location was about the only plus to our stay,

the bed was too hard for both of us. we couldn’t have stayed another night. a topper would likely help.

Location was amazing and the main reason we selected this property. Breakfast options were limited, but good. Breakfast starts at 9, which is late for me and no coffee was available prior to 9 AM. That was a disappointment for me.

Great location, cute little room , clean sheets and hot shower what more can you ask for we will stay here again for sure Staff very nice and personable And a little breakfast to start your day
