The manager/owner is very arrogant and rude. The keycards to my room was not working a lot of times. When I finally called their attention (as it is no joke running to the reception all the time when I was parked at the other side of the property, and when you have bags on your hands and plus it was cold outside), the lady manager got pissed off. I was explaining my why I am frustrated and suggesting if she can replace my cards. She asked me right away to pack my things up. She probably is also the owner because her attitude shows no care if they lose customers. I just wanted new cards as I was explaining maybe the physical cards were damaged already. She didn’t care about my explanation, she didn’t care about the inconvenience it caused the me. All she cared was she didn’t like to hear constructive feedback. Her ego was hurt so she wanted me to leave. I called 911 because I was sure I didnt do anything wrong and to check what my rights and options were. Unfortunately, the authority couldn’t do anything as they said it is a private business and they have a right to kick people out (even without a justifiable cause!) Well at least by calling cops I was assured that they will refund me of the unused day and there was a recorded convo on that. This was very shocking and traumatizing. The nerve of them to rush me to pack and gave me 10mins only. I was booked for 3 days so imagine how I set my things up. No wonder they can easily do that to everybody because it seems like the policy favors them and they know it. The lady manager/owner was very mean. Before me there was a guy who complained about a stinky smell on the floor and ended up leaving as well. I only understood it when it was my turn to complain. The room I rented and the patios had indeed a stinky smell. I had to buy air freshner, which Im sure they saw because I left it in the room. This place’s strategy is to kick you out once you complain, so people cannot complain! So unbelievable.

Price was good

Felt dirty. We have low vision and the room was very dark, even with all the lights on and shades open. Breakfast was marginal.

Left at about 4:30AM, so we didn't have breakfast. As for the location, is wasn't ideal, but it was just for a few hours!

Grab bar by the commode would help the older customers getting down and up. Upgrade the door locks, because we had trouble with the key cards several times!

The front desk man was incredibly awesome in helping me with some card issues and was super accommodating and kind. I loved all of the staff as they were all kind, attentive, and friendly. Loved my stay with kind people that treated me as family!

Everything, the palce was stinky, unclean and smelled weird. We could hear everybody scream in other rooms and we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned. Disgusting place.

The location was amazing

The room had a very strong must/mildew smell. That unfortunately affected out allergies a lot and at the end my asthma started up as a result. We were out for almost the entire day so we’re only there to sleep.
