The beds were pretty comfortable. Even though it was the middle of July, the heater vents were blasting hot air in the bathroom so we had to keep the door closed and the AC turned way up.

It was a bit musty when we first entered the room but it got a little better once we put the air on. $300 for the night seemed a bit much for the room though.

we stayed in a weird apartment with an old kitchen, the whole place smelled like smoke.

One would expect more for the kind of money charged to stay at Weirs Beach Motel & Cottages. It has no access to the lake and one must walk a half-mile to enjoy the water at Weirs Beach. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom sink and shower were so small and tight that water splashed everywhere. I did like the screened porch for sitting and relaxing. I was satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the place.

If you like peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Motorcycles with very loud engines proceed up and down the road, twenty feet from the cottage, at all hours of the day and night. I found the method for checking-in very impersonal.

The location was great to walk to town

For the price of the cabin, was expecting a little more. The room / cabin was a lower ceiling than expected. Nice place, but a little high in price for the room

It was close to the boardwalk

Requested ground floor due to wheelchair, got ground floor but it was not wheelchair accessible

No breakfast served. Location was very easy for walking to restaurants and beach. The time we choose a lot restaurants were closed for season.

Rooms needed to be updated. You could hear thru walls, had a domestic fight first night. Had to deal with for 2 hours. Midnight

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment.

Heat didn’t work so was very cold until we were brought heaters.

Easy to get to room

I liked that my husband and I had a little cottage to ourselves. Loved the screened in porch, room was clean.

I thought we could see the lake from our cottage and we couldn't, toilet was slanted in the bathroom, wood around the toilet was a good toe guard for anyone that wanted to stub there toes, No pamphlet on where the pool was. Didn't see no one in the office the whole time we checked-in, out, or any other time. I just think for the amount of money I spent on the cottage was a little steep for what we got.

If it was wicked small for the price and we ended up staying in a motel instead of the cottage very uncomfortable

Location to wires beach !!!

The owner had friends parking an RV all set up in my parking spot for my cabin, when I questioned the owner he told me to park in any visitors spots that are open, but I didn’t have a secured parking spot and they gave me a window permit for a spot I couldn’t use.

Loved my stay and they allowed my dog. Walking distance to restauants, beach & shops. 0 We have been coming up for 40 years. my kids loved it when they were small - the arcades were their favorite and of course the pool we use to stay at Half Moon cottages which we love also.

Nothing was great

The cabin was slanted and it felt like it was going to cave in. The bed and futon were incredibly uncomfortable. The door leading into the cottage had no seal around it. The blinds were dirty. The refrigerator door did not shut tightly. The internet did not work. It smelled as if the cabin had not ever been aired out. The dining table had wooden blocks under it to stabilize it. This was not worth the $600 we paid for two nights. We left after the horrible first night.

Was expecting something different. For the money I paid for 3 nights wow ... 1300 and there wasnt even a kitchen!!! The fridge was a dorm room fridge! Could barely fit my cold cuts in there! Good thing I didnt go to the grocery store b4 I saw the non existing kitchen. What I liked was the location only!!

Everything but the location was pretty unsatisfying

Close to everything. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Bed were nicely made, but I always bring our own bedding. Loved that they put thought into things like tools for the grill. Great place if they did a little sprucing up. All in all it was a fun adventure.

Shower drained slow and would fill the bottom of the shower. The bathroom was clean but need to be serviced (i.e. floor and base board were lifting up, medicine cabinet was rusty). Pool was ok. Lots of dead bugs, but the kids had fun. The AC needed to be cleaned. All out side furniture were brittle and mildew stained.
