They doble charge me with the excuse that i smoked in the room

the location was perfect!

the first room I stayed in was filthy! I took a shower, walked to the bed to get dressed and my feet were black! the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped! then they put me in a new room next to someone who obviously lives there, had a grill and would have people visit his room all hours of the night! then I left my water in the fridge and when I got back house keeping had taken it. the room had a horrible paint job, power strip where the majority of items were plugged in. bad patchwork on the walls. it was definitely NOT what I expected for the price!

Sheets were clean but had some rust stains around the bottom corners. My room key kept demagnetizing. The night staff manager was rude and inconsiderate.

Really, there was not much to like. The entire property was dirty with bits of garbage in the grass and on the sidewalks. The parking lot had broken glass where people's windows had been broken out. There were burn holes in the comforter even though this was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The worst part, roaches were crawling all over the room at night.

I especially did not like the roaches crawling all over the room, walls and floors, and maybe on us. I was afraid that my car would be broken into after seeing all of the broken glass in the parking lot. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and was charged an early check-in fee. The clerk couldn't find if my Wyndham Rewards number was in the booking. These are minor compared to the quality of the room. This was not a dirt cheap stay as I spent over $200 for the 1 night including the fee for the dog.

If it's there or sleep in the car I usually go there, otherwise, it's nasty and the owner is extremely cheap and he passes the time away watching his excessive security cameras as if the customers are an ant farm in a little plastic aquarium! I really find it unnerving. Most people aren't aware of his favorite past time behind the wall of black glass that hides him in his office.

Room was clean, beds made, convenient location, lower cost, nice tiled shower. Nice outdoor pool area. Had outdoor grills to use. Pet friendly. Good for single guy staying a few days.

More hot water at night. Small flatscreen TV's pretty much expected with price. Florida heat!
