Rude/obnoxious man behind the counter. When I went to check in he stopped with the current person at the counter to tell me not only to move my truck where he wanted it but went on for 5 minutes on i must have booked online as he doesnt have a booking for me and that i should have called first and came to the counter to ask where i can park or if i had a room before i park and come in with my bag to check in. It was so awkward the lady in front of me apologized to me for his behavior. I never got to say a word after walking in except I said I apologized for parking and yes i did book on line. Don't think I will stay here again for sure.Very power trip of an attendant I watched him do similar be letting with people at check out while customers were eating breakfast.

The bathroom was very small and you just don't get any "wow" feelings about the room. But if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it was fine. I will say that the bed was very comfortable!

The person on duty talked to me like I was a dog I have never been so humiliated in my life talked down to me told me his boss was at the lake house and he had to deal with people like me it was awful I never stayed there they cancelled my reservation before I arrived

Internet didn't work the whole time we were there. Smelled like a dead rat. TV didn't have HDMI hookup and it was awful. Asked if their internet was down and was told it was because to many people are connected to it. Next day we were the only ones there and it still didn't work so it obviously wasn't just because of the amount of people connected!!

It has cold air conditioning
Saw roaches and ants. The shower was in poor condition. There was a loud noise that occurred when you turned the shower on. Only one bar of facial soap,no lotions or shampoos. The chair in room 106 was dirty looked too dirty to sit in. Sheets had holes in them. No table to eat your food at. Curtains had holes in them.

The second shift girl at desk was great got the room we were supposed to have .thank God for 2nd shift girl
The first shift man was trying to put us in a first floor animal room even though my papers said no pets room. If we changed rooms we would have to pay for 2 rooms he was rude almost cancelled went back after his shift and no problem got the room I had reserved in the first place . He ruined my day .my husband has copd and can't be where animals have been. Big dog ran out of a room and jumped on me crazy

carpet wasnt vacuumed, night check in clerk seemed annoyed that I was there and bothering her, breakfast was bare bones, luggage cart was falling apart and hard to roll (essential since most all rooms are at least l floor up if not 4), rooms are not consecutively numbered making them difficult to find

Nothing went well.Before we unpacked I sat down in the chair and the back went complely backwards and I fell on my shoulder. I was'nt hurt but that was all I could stand so went and got my money back and left. I can't beleive travel companys don't have standards that Motels must maintaine.

Hi, I have messaged the owner with no response. Saturday morning, we found bedbugs in one of the beds. I took pictures and, upon checking out, showed the manager on duty. Who informed me that I would need to message the owner. Which I did. He was rude, though, cause he said we have rented this room out 4 nights in a row with no complaints. So basically, I felt like he was calling me a liar. The light over the sink was flashing, which I informed him of this. His response was it just needs to be changed. No, I'm sorry for your inconvenience or nothing. I definitely won't stay here again.
