The guy at the front counter was very friendly and nice, but he was the only guy there and must have been newer because he wasn't the quickest. He was the best part of this stay.

The room was nasty! Floors were dirty, countertops weren't clean, there was blood on the sheets of the bed and a hair in between the top sheet and the cover of the bed. My wife and I slept in between the mattress and the top sheet because the bed was so dirty. The bathroom seemed clean, but we didn't bother to take a shower since the rest of the place was disgusting. I also didn't like that when I was checking in the guy took a call from someone on the phone asking for a rate. It was not only less expensive then what I paid on booking, but a king room with a jacuzzi tub, which we only had 2 queen bed rooms as an option available on booking. the rate was $15 less than bookings rate. They also had only a king room without the jacuzzi tub for even less than that. If I knew I could have posted pictures here I would have taken some, but I've never reviewed on this site before. I have NO CLUE how this could have had a 7.1 on this site. This place was nasty so I had to make sure people knew. I got 2 rooms and the other one wasn't clean either. I didn't bother to go ask for another room because there was another guy trying to check in who wanted to look at the rooms and so the guy was busy helping him and our son was crying and wanting to go to bed so we set up his pack n play and let him sleep.

The jacuzzi tub

The microwave was filthy, the tub had hair in it, the floor hadn't been swept or mopped. The outside porch was filthy. Overall I will never stay their again and I will tell my friends.

room service wakes you up early in the morning and if you don’t answer they unlock and barg into the room.

I loved that it is right there in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge. it’s right across the street from the Hard Rock Cafe and the Hatfields and McCoys Dinner Theatre Barn! and right down the road from so many other attractions!!

There isn’t really anything not to like. the beds are comfy, rooms are clean, spa tub was amazing and the staff was very pleasant!

Although we were told there was no breakfast available, there was coffee and some to-go items. Convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Floors have been dirty each time we have stayed there. There are no lamps in the rooms so your only source for lighting is one overhead light.

While it's not the most ideal location, it was decent. Not really within walking distance to many things but not so far out that you would spend 30 minutes driving either. Rooms were clean, and it had a mini fridge, coffee pot and microwave...

I don't want to be unfair to Pin Oak, it really was a great value on a room. The only downfalls were the beds were way to hard, as were the pillows and the air condition/heating system would not work properly, the commode leaked as well. But nothing that was real bad, so it worked out....

Convenient and you could park right outside your door.

Traffic noise was loud all night and sirens. Pillows were flat. Beds were noisy when you moved. Floor was not the cleanest, they was a blood stain on the bathroom floor. No continental breakfast. You had to pay for ice

No breakfast, no frills hotel.

Staff should not have lied and say I didn't check out early Thursday around 9 am . Refuses to refund Thurs/Friday since I left early due to weather/road closure since I was on a motorcycle. I have my bill from red roof in in SC for Thursday night to prove it.

A room with claims the bed was solved the staff was good and it was good location for most of the scenery in theaters

The spa tub

The fact that the bed had not been made when i arrived and there was still trash in the room from the previous tenant. The housekeeper was nice and fixed the issue.

Nothing it was not the worst hotel I ever stayed at..

The room looked clean but the floors were dirty my socks got filthy when I walked on the floor. The comforter on the bed had stains on it. The towels had stains on them .
