The bed was comfortable, and the location was decent.
The floors were bad uneven, no hot water if you did get hot water it came and went no matter the time of day/night. The microwave didn’t work, and you could hear all the traffic outside.

I never got to check in because they wanted a security deposit of 100$ which I didn’t have so they canceled my reservation and still charged me for it

Wasn't aware that there was breakfast.
Lady working the desk was very rude and unprofessional. Room, towels, bedding and shower was very dirty. Had to ask for clean bedding and make our own bed. After that we discovered that the towels were even more filthy and dead bugs were in the shower and the sink kept clogging up. We asked for a refund but was denied with a very nasty attitude. Will never go there again!!! Rooms look nothing like the photos.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rates are good.. Clean room.
A few minor issues with the bathroom light switch and the door getting jammed. It seems that a few things just need worked on /updated. Nothing major and the staff was good to accommodate.

The staff was great and the room was clean
The first room I was given I couldn't unlock the door and there were other guests hanging outside their room and having a cook out in the parking lot, looked a little sketchy. I was given a different room away from the riff raff and it was very pleasant

The cash only deposit is laughable. They place it in an envelope and return it to you at checkout. No one checks the room for damage, etc. before returning the cash.
The place needs a deep clean and rehab. I understand it's a budget type motel, but that shouldn't mean you forfeit cleanliness.

I had reserved a room but when I got there the guy told me that they didn't have the room I reserved anymore then about ten minutes later they all of a sudden had the room I reserved and they charged me 15 dollars more than what I had originally reserved the room for

The room just had a smell to it that wouldn’t go away. It was not very clean and the heater didn’t work that well.
The room could have been clean, we only had 3 towels and the bathroom was soaked after I took a shower from the cheap shower curtain.

Other rooms are noisy and they let them know but does no good most of the time. $100 cash deposit and anything damaged they do keep that $100. So if u see something damaged make sure it's known of as soon as I go in room

Nice, clean white bedding,towels, no stains or holes. All employees are nice and ready to assist u with everything u need. A Pay washer and dryer on premises. Free wifi
Only one washer and dryer. No change machine though and it's only takes quarters. 🙁 no smart TVs yet. Cant check in before 2. And one more thing. It would be so nice if it's getting close to checkout time and ur gonna stay again they could give u a later check out time maybe pay alittle extra if needed. I checked out at 11 went got money came back at 12 sit in parking lot til 2 to get the same room back. That's alittle crazy for 1 more hour. And the 100 cash deposit is definitely hard to come up with especially for a 1 night room that's pretty much $80 or more a night. For any damage at all they will keep ur deposit so let them know about anything wrong with room as soon as u go inside so u dint get charged ur deposit
