Bed and room were comfortable- breakfast was decent.

The fridge was very small and the door didn’t stay closed - big deal when you are depending on it . Pool and hot tub was being worked on - they called on the morning of our reservation to let us know - we were given the option to cancel - big disappointment since we were travelling with children- very hot It would have been nice to have patio furnishing

Good locATION for visit with nearby family. Breakfasts were very good! My only complaint was no one removed used towels and replenished towels. When I mentioned this at the desk, she said i was told at check in that I needed to request additional linens or bed make up. I was not. She then pointed to a card on her desk and indicated it was also in my room. Card explained this policy. There was no such card in my room. Also, mattress was way too soft.

I have not traveled since before covid, so not up on policy of specifically requesting additional linens. NO CARD OR NOTIFICATION OF THIS POLICY BEFORE HAND.

Very clean. Good breakfast and pleasantly surprised by all the amenities (pool! Gardens! Nice patio!)

The fact that they take cats. Eva the receptionist was very nice and helpful!

Not really set up for cats. The cats can get under the bed. It's pretty dated but comfortable.

Situated close to freeway..arriving tired. Lands ape & grounds & good breakfast
