The staff was nice and good breakfast

It was under construction so the room was dirty and old in most places and was like in midst of repainting and all furniture was old.. bathroom was old and dingy

Nothing the room had black mold and was unclean the toilet had pee and human waste on it and they didn’t even care they also are under major construction!!!! They didn’t tell us that!!!!

Everything such a dump they need to be taken off the hotels chain as they are a disgrace for a county inn and suites!!!!

My husband and I really enjoy our room very clean and comfortable. Stall was very nice..

Under renovation, surprised on the first night that room with 2 beds was not available. Wet floors around the pool area, construction powder along walls. Manager was gracious to provide a 20% discount. Still overpriced for what we received.

The renovations were not communicated so it was quite a shock. No furniture in the lobby, old carpets in the stairwells and dirty looking in the areas that hadn’t been updated.

Dresser doors would open by themselves, had to put an object in front to keep closed. Bathroom had what looked like small flies.

The woman whom checked me in was super nice and accommodating when I asked for a different room.

It’s under construction for a remodel from what I’m guessing was a real bad Motel 6 ?? First room was dank and ghetto feeling, even my dog didn’t want to be in room. Called and asked for different room and was moved to one that at least the air wasn’t dank. Everything is half remodeled, walls painted but not trim. Bathroom is done but carpet still stained and gross. Etc.. It’s a work in progress, materials and debris everywhere.

The entire facility was under construction, which was not advertised when I booked. Our room smelled of marijuana when we arrived. The room was FILTHY. There were holes in the walls, lots of stains on the carpet, blood on our bedding, and just over all, it appeared as though it hadn't been deep cleaned in years. It was so bad I complained to management and checked out after only staying one night. I was only charged for the one night and refunded for the other two. We left and found another place to stay. The hotel also appeared to have a lot of people who live there long term with their animals.

It sure would have been helpful if you on your website would say thast you are under construction. The bathroom floor was aweful. there was wet glue all over the floor. The carpet was absulutley filthy. I had totaly white soles on my shoes upon arrival, they were black when we left & I used them only in the holtel. We would not stay there again.

The location is good. Check-in experience was fine. The internet signal was sufficient. The alarm clock was nice. The breakfast room was fine. Turning in the key cards was easy.

Asked for for the top floor and was given confirmation at booking. At check in we were explained that it was under renovation --not available. There was still hair on the bathtub. The sliding window was open and room was cold. Pillows and bed seemed very worn.

It was easy to find and not trashy or sketchy. Room was nice and cozy as well and hot shower. Breakfast was great as well!

The desk in the room was sticky and not cleaned well. the shower was a bit dirty as well with possible mold in the corners. The beds were a bit stiff, but not the worst thing to sleep on.

The breakfast was good. I was given a discount coupon for the attached restaurant upon request.

I wanted to be happy. This was once a nice place to stay - friendly and clean. Under recent owners, it’s fallen into severe disrespect. I was told that the hotel is again under new ownership, and they are renovating, but they clearly do not have it together yet. The front desk was inadequately staffed and no one was there when I checked out at 10:00 a.m., so I could not provide feedback or make requests. There was a dirty towel under the bathroom vanity. No tissues were provided in the bathroom. The hotel room smelled musty/smoky/bad. The fitness center was dirty and had no cleaning wipes. My kids got a rash from the pool water. I slipped on the ice on the sidewalk because it was not salted.
