My spouse and I had one towel and 1 washcloth each. Two each would have been perferable.

It was in a great location.

The easy access to the get in. If someone hold the door open anyone can get in on the side. So felt a little unsafe. Also didn't see cameras in the hallways upstairs on the hallways If something happens how would you know

Very friendly staff. Very clean and quiet which is important to me.

It was fairly decent place

Pool water was cloudy so that wasn’t a thing and I choose the place cause of the pics of pool, but I refused to go into dirty water. Widow in my room was open and it popped out when I tried to close it , and the air conditioner was broken in my room.

Balcony overlooking indoor pool, fresh made omelet for breakfast, location to event we were there to participate in, lots of places for chargers, good room darkening curtain, and comfortable bed.

Floor around pool was slippery when wet and the ac unit was noisy.

I put in a card online when I booked on booking.com. Then I was asked to swipe a Card upon check in for incidental damage. I asked the overnight attendant if my original card, not this card, would be charged for my stay. She exclaimed no only the price for incidental. I was not told the hold would be full price of my stay plus the incidental prices. If I knew that I would’ve used a different means of payment. Now my account is over drafted and I’m told this will be on my account for 3-5 days?? Thanks a lot smfh
