The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable

Good location, quiet even though it is just off the freeway.
The pool is being demolished, there was a bulldozer tearing it apart. There seems to be trees that are either being cut down or trimmed back. Construction is very obvious.

Good location for me that needed to be in the airport really early, room was clean and really liked that there was no disgusting carpet. Staff in the reception was really nice.
Pool was closed due to winter but I stayed here in July. Couch was kinda gross, full of stains.

There was no breakfast offered. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Refrigerator didn't work, so I went to office and staff came quickly. He tried to get refrigerator to work, but it didn't. He took it out and brought in another one from another room,which worked fine.
The room location was right next to interstate 5, creating very loud traffic noise all night. As a result, we got very little sleep.

Bed mattress are old and squeaky, a/c unit very old and loud, toilet did not flush properly

I did not like the fact that the restroom door didn’t close. It was probably broken.

the place is close to the highway and easily access to and from the highway.
it is advertised as having free breakfast but because of Covid it was not available. I think bagged breakfast or muffins or something should be made available.
