The property is very close to Heavenly Gondola it’s walking distance. There was enough parking. No pool available. There used to be one prior to COVID. You can see a random area filled with cement or dirt where the pool used to be. The pictures are nice above but in person the building is old and so is the inside. The only good thing is that it is walking distance to the beach and Heavenly.

If you are looking for luxury you will not find it here. This is what the title says Budget. No AC. A fan on the wall with your window open to circulate your air is what you get. There are outlets to charge your phone but it is not where you would expect it to be. I had to charge my phone by the door or in the bathroom area by the sink. No outlets near the bed. The WiFi is not that strong. The lady at the front desk refused to give us 2 extra towels and questioned my friend why we needed 2 more when we have 4 in the room that includes two large and 2 medium. My friend only walked away with 1 towel. She did upgrade our room to a twin. That was nice. Because when I booked the room initially none were available. Would I stay here again. No. I stayed here because it was the only place that was vacant.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just across the street from the Heavenly Gondola and village. The rooms were large and seemed to have been updated with new tasteful, furnishings. The place is not fancy - basically a motel, but offers all the necessary facilities including a refrigerator and microwave. Lots of places to shop and eat within a short walk.

Hot tub was not open - it would be nice after a day of skiing

Bed was hard. Pillows were completely flat And they would not provide others or additional. No coffee. Fridge froze everything we had.

We had a lovely room with spa and fireplace. Huge shower and great comfy bed. Location was awesome.
