The property was very clean and maintained & staff was very friendly and helpful.
The people with trailers attached to their which left limited parking for others.

I really like the location of the property. It’s away from busy main roads and despite being beside the airport it is not loud or disturbing.

The staff at the front desk and breakfast bar are great. They are very professional and polite.
The carpet (room 310) was very NASTY and extremely DIRTY. I gave my son's white colored socks in a zip lock bag that were completely black colored from the angle down to Ms. Claire who works at the front desk so she can provide to her general manager. He is 2 years old and was walking around the room for less than 30 minutes. I took a couple of pictures of those NASTY socks just in case the upper management at the hotel want to see them. I have no intention of putting the aforesaid pictures on the review section of the hotel website. I do NOT want anyone to lose his or her job over this very bad experience.

Room was a good size and laid out very well. The TV was old and so was the fridge.
I was very disappointed with the breakfast as they were out of a few things including orange juice. If we pay for breakfast we expect all menu items to be available.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was excellent and over the top friendly! One employee Candice Simmons worked thru a stressful situation with a smile. She was working short staffed when 20 Realtors came in. All were hungry and thirsty and she handled it very professionally. I wish all my employees had her work ethic!!
The only negative was the room had a bit of a musty smell
