It was much cleaner than I expected. Cozy. It isn’t a 5 star restaurant but they take good care of the building and try their best to maintain it nicely. I enjoyed it. It was just right for the price.

Both Ladies behind the desk we wonderful to work with. Great location. Loved staying here over the 4 years of my daughter going to college there.

The way the room smelled!! It was horrible. I sprayed air freshner to try to cover up the smell and that didn't work.

I like that they let me see the room before paying, everything was clean and the place smelled great, everyone was very helpful I really enjoyed my stay

I didn't like the fact i did not know about the $100 deposit ahead of arrival.
I was told most hotels in Bloomington required a deposit that will take 3 to 5 days to be released into my bank account.
A student in my class did not have to pay a deposit at his hotel
Breakfast isn't available until 7 am?
Area was closed at 645 and i had to leave for work. Teaching a class locally for the day.

Worst check in. The brother did not seem to know what he was doing and the girl, offer no help just walked away. Kim could have open the other register. I think if I read the reviews I would not have booked here. So up later because in town for event, wall notification says check out is Noon. At 11:00 housekeeping tried to enter room. Told them the card says 1200 and she took the card. Told the front desk what happen and the lady comment was “ He is up now”. The worst place I have stay in after 20 years traveling the world. STAY AWA
