Hotel was clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and activities we wanted to do. Staff was friendly and inviting. Will definitely stay again.

Location was nice! Lots to do in the immediate area and traffic wasn’t too bad. Some of the hotel has been renovated. The shower in our room looked brand new.

We were unable to swim, not because it wasn’t open, but because it looked unsafe. I did not allow my children to get into the water. The pool and hot tub were a very cloudy color, almost milky. You could not see the second step. The area around the pool was not clean either. It was disappointing as this was the reason we were staying at this location. Breakfast was okay, but it was all carbs no meat. Gross canned fruit. Everything looked like it needed to be wiped off.

Loved the location. A little outdated but worth the money to stay as close to everything as we did and it has pools that stay open til 2am!

Our room had an odor and the pop machines on every floor were out if everything.

Location was ideal! Not on the main -one block away and quieter. No street loud noises. Breakfast room was nice. The waffles were fun to make- half of the iron was normal pattern for adult and half iron for children with teddy bear imprint. Cereal, bakery items, egg Pattie’s were good. I didn’t have the fruit salad because it was jarred/canned. I would have liked the option to add a banana (fresh fruit) to my cereal. You must know you were hotel #3 on our trip- all different levels of accommodations and your hotel- pool/ breakfast inclusions- was our favorite! Our favorite for location, cost(!), and extras (b’fast/pool/laundry). Thank you!

You asked- so I’ll share. I would have enjoyed fresh fruit for my breakfast. The preservatives in the jarred fruit salad affect me negatively. My BFF said the room smelled like a pool. I smelled it like it was-clean! Bleach. Oh and she loved the “wood” floor at the entrance! Oh yes! We totally appreciated the refrigerator in the room! The other two places we stayed didn’t even have one! We could request one but they weee all rented out. And their ice machines were empty- on three of the floors I checked. If I’m ever back in Pigeon Forge I’ll stay again with you!

The accommodations. Housekeeping made one bed and did not make the other. Room needed dusting also needed vacuuming. Talked to front desk but they didn't seem to care. I'll never be back to this motel. Intend on giving poorest review I can.
