Liked that it was in a quiet area and that it had a view of the lake. Also, glad the room was remodeled. It had an old white frig & microwave, which came in handy. I liked that the office gave us small bags of ice.

We knew that the property was being renovated, but didn't know that the pool wasn't heated, and that there is no hot tub. The two lounge chairs at the pool were broken, and the two, round, white tables, needed a good cleaning. The door knob into the bathroom was falling off, so my husband fixed it with a screwdriver. There was no suitcase holder, so they found me one from another room. Our room could have used a rug outside the door, a soap dish of some sort and a full-length mirror. Also, the ceiling paint in the brand-new shower, was peeling off already. They only have one pot of regular coffee in the morning, and no food.

The Beds Were Way Too Soft. Very hard to get in and out of. Queen Size Beds are Way To Large for the size of room. the A/C did not work.

Pool needed to be skimmed and had gnats, light tree and cardboard debris in it. If a net skimmer had been by the pool I'd have done it.

The car park was like a building site and work was obviously being done to the rooms what was unforgivable was ,we returned from breakfast at elsewhere at 9am and there were 3 workmen in our room to fix the shower toilet and door even though our suitcases were open and obviously not checked out they were reluctant to leave even when we said we needed to shower and we would be leaving shortly The air conditioning was very noisy

It appeared to be in the middle of a massive renovation. the bed was a bit high off the ground. An unusual experience for me because I am 6 foot tall.

The location was perfect. It's within walking distance to London Bridge. The staff will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The room was cleaned and well stocked.. I love all the updates that they are doing and hated I left my swim suit at home because the pool looked marvelous!

My only complaint is the bed platform is super tall. The floor is tiled, so when you go to push off, to jump into bed, (literally) you sometimes slip and miss and fall. I'm 5'8"and it was a struggle sometimes

Location was great and hotel looked new and fresh. Check in was great the desk clerk was helpful and informative

Don't like hotels that make you sign agreements. Makes me feel like I am staying in a low rent area. As an older lady the bed was way too high off the ground. At 5'8" the top of the bed was at my hip. The newly renovated room had a crack in the tub shower combination. No in room phone and the desk closed at 9 pm.
